IGS has a lineup of standard booster packages for wellhead applications. These include multistage recips to go directly to pipeline pressures and screw compressors for low pressure gathering systems. We also build compound systems with screw compressors feeding reciprocating compressor boosters for specialized applications such as seismic air guns.
We have built many “high spec” instrument air/nitrogen packages for offshore production platforms and FPSOs. We have developed the engineering staff to meet the need s of major producers and EPCs. This expertise is also available for “high spec” gas compressor packaging.
If you are a rental company, consider IGS as your packaging division – a quality fabricator not competing in the gas compressor rental arena. We can supply our standard designs or duplicate existing units in your fleet. We are not restricted to any single engine or compressor manufacturer so we can supply packages that fit your existing operations to maximize utilization of replacement parts inventories and personnel expertise. If you are an EPC, consider IGS’s experience with a variety of specifications. As a major world wide producer of systems for offshore and shipboard applications, we routinely design and build to API, ASME, ABS, CE, BV, AWS NEC, CSA CENELEC and many others. We also routinely package equipment to major energy company project specifications. Our engineering staff is attuned to meeting approval drawing and VDRL requirements. We utilize 3D Cad systems with automated bill of material links.
