GENERON® IGS is the world leader in air separation membrane technology for the generation of on-site nitrogen gas. Our Nitrogen Generator systems produce inert nitrogen from a compressed air source; in the quantity you need, at low cost. Nitrogen of purities from 90% to 99.9% can currently be produced, and Generon is working with new membrane technology that will remove any limits on purity.
GENERON® Nitrogen Membrane Modules are incorporated in complete nitrogen generator systems carefully designed to assure many years of reliable, trouble free service with flows of up to millions of cubic feet per day.
The GENERON® Nitrogen Generator Systems are provided to numerous industries in many configurations. Systems are designed as small Cabinet Generators to large scale Integrated packages with both primary and post compression. They can be offered as open frame skidded systems to larger systems in containers or trailerized for portable use.
The GENERON® Nitrogen Generator systems are designed for simple and automated operation. PLC controls and Graphical Interface Terminals are standard product offerings. Product purity is automatically monitored and controlled for ease of operation.
Nitrogen Generator Systems manufactured with the Generon Membrane technology save our customers significant monies due to the high operating efficiencies. The Generon Membrane’s require 10 – 40% less compressed air than other offerings on the market. This dramatic difference in compressed air requirement is directly proportional to energy usage. On a typical system the cost breakdown between capital cost and operating cost is approximately 60% Energy and 40% Capital.
