Products>Oxygen Plants

IGS offers highly economical, oxygen plants and oxygen generating systems from small portable units to large tonnage plants suitable for glass and steel manufacturing and other applications. Low investment costs and low energy consumption are benefits of our oxygen generators, guaranteeing a solution for every situation. IGS units operate according to PSA/VPSA/VSA (Pressure swing adsorption/Vacuum pressure swing adsorption/Vacuum swing adsorption) technology. The specifics of your application determine which technology is most cost effective. High reliability, low operating costs and long lifetime are standard features of any IGS oxygen plant. The PSA process for oxygen generation mirrors that of nitrogen but zeolite vs. CMS is used as the molecular sieve. The VPSA/VSA process is similar to PSA, but operates at lower air pressure. It uses an air blower for charging adsorber vessels and a vacuum pump for regeneration to achieve excellent energy consumption and high oxygen flow rates.
