Generon IGS Nitrogen Liquefiers

The systems are available with the following options:

• Integrated controls so all operating equipment can be easily operated and monitored
• Purities to 99% utilizing Generon IGS High Efficiency Nitrogen Membrane Generators
• Purities to 99.995% utilizing Generon IGS’ PSA Nitrogen Generators
• System capacities to 4,000 gallons / 13 tons of Nitrogen per day
• Feed Air Compressors and Recycle Compressors by CompAir, Sullair, Atlas Copco or Kaeser
• Compressor drivers are electric or optionally diesel
• Engine Drivers options are Caterpillar, Detroit, or Cummins
• On Diesel systems no external utilities required
• All systems utilize Generon IGS high efficiency Membrane Modules or proprietary PSA process to produce the Nitrogen Gas
• The system is packaged in Generon IGS ISO 9001:2000 Certified Shop

Additionally, custom designed systems are available to larger capacities.
