Generon Integrated Nitrogen Generator Truck Combo Series
Generon Truck Combo Series Nitrogen Generators are designed to meet your total on site requirements for Nitrogen, Compressed Air, Dry Air, and High Pressure Nitrogen. The systems are specifically designed where Nitrogen and other utilities are required for a quick set up and standalone operation. Two types of systems are available depending on final capacities and pressures. Type one utilizes the Truck Engine as a power source to drive the compression systems and Type two utilizes Trailerized Skids in which the N2 Generator, Feed Air Compressor and Booster Compressor are integrated on a flat bed trailer that can be either left on site or moved from location to location.

The two types of Standard Combo Series Systems offered; one, a unit utilizing the truck engine as a power source for smaller applications and two, a trailerized system designed for larger Nitrogen capacities up to 825 SCFM @ 5000 PSIG. Both systems come with the following features / options:

- Integrated control room so that all operating equipment can be operated and monitored inside a protected area.
- Small foot-print, and transportability allow for site flexibility
- All systems utilize Generon IGS high efficiency membrane modules
- Field proven Generon IGS Nitrogen Generators
- Feed Air Compressors from either CompAir, Sullair, Atlas Copco or Kaeser
- Booster Compressors from Comp Air / Reavell
- Engine Drivers options are Caterpillar, Detroit, or Cummins
- The system is packaged in Generon IGS ISO 9001:2000 Certified Shop

Additionally, custom designed systems are available to larger capacities or single pressure systems with Nitrogen Capacities to 3,000SCFM.
