NS 400M Series Nitrogen PSA Package System to Provide Plant with High Purity Nitrogen Gas

Houston, Texas -(Marketwire) June 8, 2010 – GENERON® IGS, an affiliate of Innovative Gas Systems, will deliver an NS 400M Series Nitrogen PSA Package System to provide GE Industrial Systems with all of its needs for high purity Nitrogen gas. The system is designed to produce 5,500 SCFH with a minimum Nitrogen purity of 99.99%.

GENERON® IGS was selected as the supplier of this custom designed system due to being a recognized leader in the industry for packaged on-site Nitrogen Generators. In addition, Generon will supply the air compression system as well as the complete turn-key installation, commissioning, and startup services which removes the burden from the customer scope of supply. GENERON® IGS has supplied hundreds of Nitrogen units worldwide for various applications in the Oil and Gas, Industrial and Marine markets.

The GENERON® IGS NS 400M series is a stand-alone system that can be skid mounted and uses GENERON® IGS Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA) technology to provide an uninterrupted supply of gaseous nitrogen with purities from 97 – 99.999%. The GENERON IGS custom designed Nitrogen systems create efficiencies by overcoming the inconvenience and expense of Bulk liquid as well as gas cylinders. Nitrogen is generated on site, requiring only a supply of compressed air. With flow and purity adjustable at the push of a button, a GENERON® IGS Nitrogen production unit allows customers full control of their own Nitrogen supply.
