GENERON® IGS announces it will introduce a New Generation of Integrated Nitrogen Generators

Houston, Texas March 2007 – GENERON® IGS, an affiliate of Innovative Gas
Systems, is introducing to the market an Integrated Nitrogen Generator
Compressor Package. This new Product will utilize Generon IGS’s High
Efficiency Nitrogen Membrane technology with specialized Compression /
Process packaging.

Generon® IGS is one of the leading suppliers of Nitrogen Generators to the
Marine Industry. Traditionally the market needs for On-Board Nitrogen have
been served by supplying three independent pieces of equipment – redundant
compressors and a Nitrogen Package. The three separate packages require
substantial shipboard interconnecting piping, and electricals.
The newly introduced product will integrate on one skid all three components.
Additionally the process will be optimized and simplified by this configuration.
Benefits to the ship owners will be as follows:

A reduction in space requirements of over 50% for a typical system
No interconnecting piping between skids saving substantial On-Board
Piping.
One power, water and nitrogen point eliminating multiple terminations.
A reduction of power requirements of 10% due to the Nitrogen and
Compression Process integration.
Equipment accessibility is greatly enhanced due to optimized equipment
layout.
Fully automatic and manual operation as a standard feature.
The units will be supplied to the ship yards as a fully tested and certified
unit.

All Generon® IGS Nitrogen Generators utilize the Company’s patented high
efficiency Nitrogen Membranes. These membranes produce On-Board Nitrogen
from 95 to 99.9% purity with a power saving to the ship operators of 10 - 80%.

This power savings results in significant reductions in required Power Generators
installed capacity. This innovative design results in lower capital expenditures for
the ship builders and reduced operating costs for the operator.
