Products>Nitrogen Membranes>Performance Characteristics

The Generon® high performance gas separation membrane represents the most efficient, high-purity membrane on the market today. Membranes bearing our trademark are operating reliably in thousands of locations around the world. Our on-site gas generation system produces a dependable and economical supply of nitrogen and allows you to generate, on-site, the quantity and purity of gaseous nitrogen necessary for most applications matching virtually any flow and purity requirement. Key performance characteristics of Generon® nitrogen membranes include:

  • Highest Efficiency Membrane
  • Reliable – units in service 24/7 for 13+ years - and still going
  • Purities from 90% to 99.9%
  • Lowest cost of supply of N2

  • Light Weight / Transportable / Compact
  • No moving parts, simple operation, low maintenance
  • Quiet, reliable performance  (i.e., no switching valves; vacuum pump, etc...)
  • Eliminates oil & water, from process stream, provides clean economical nitrogen for any application. Cleanest nitrogen supply < 5 PPB
  • Operation in extreme conditions from -40/50o C to 40oC
  • Operation with Oil-Flooded or Oil-Free Compressor System and Pressures to 620 barg (9,000 psig)

  • Eliminates need for traditional supply methods (i.e., cylinders, bulk liquid)
  • Patented proprietary technology with 40 patents in force
  • Rental / Lease Units for short-term use (i.e., plant turn around, repair, purging)
  • Turn-Key, One-Stop Supply - Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Start-Up Training
  • World-Wide Sales & Service
